Check-in consists of being in your assigned/staged cart at the #1 teebox :15 minutes before your assigned tee time.
- Player giveaways will either be on your cart already or with the Tour Director/Starter at the #1 tee.
- A QR code will be on your printed scorecard to log into the (required) Live Leaderboard.
- A QR code will also be on your printed scorecard for all optinal side-game entry fees. (Must be paid prior to your first teeshot!)

Open to any golfer (male, female, junior) having a valid verifiable USGA HCP Index or any player with more than 10 scores uploaded and attested on TheGrint.
Seniors & Ladies are welcome to participate. Senior qualification is age 60+. Seniors will play one tee forward of their flight's assigned tees. Ladies will play from Ladies tees, except those that carry <8.0 USGA HCP Index and they will play from the next back set of tees from the Ladies' tees.
Juniors are also welcome. Winners are paid in gift cards and thus amatuer status is not impacted.
REGISTRATION CLOSES at 5:00pm CT on the Tuesday before the event or when all spots are sold. The field size may be reduced by the number of unsold spots 10 days prior to the event if the course requires a guaranteed number by that time. Register early to ensure your spot and to help your Tour Director plan a great event for everyone.
Pairings will be posted 2-3 days before the event on this same event page when the "PAIRINGS" button is visible.

18 holes Stroke Play
Individual strokeplay, flighted competition played by USGA rules. Players are flighted based on USGA HCP Index.
Winners in the Champ/Albatross/Eagle/Birdie flights are determined by GROSS score. Winner in the Par flight is determined by NET. Overall Low Net for the event from the field will be recognoized if they win outright and are not a flight winner.

- Must be paid via VENMO prior to your first tee shot of the tournament.

STANDARD EVENT WD POLICY
All WD Requests must be made by sending the Tour Manager an email request. The timestamp of that email will serve as the number of days notice based from the date/time of the event being withdrawn from. All refunds will be made directly back to the credit card used to make the entry fee payment, less applicatble fees and penalties (listed below)! Please refer to the Tour's Rules & Handbook for further details.

WEATHER POLICY:
If inclement weather should pop up, every effort will be made by the tournament committee to get in the full number of prescribed holes. If play is delayed, all players should remain on property at the host facility and await official announcements from the tournament committee. Completion of 9 holes will be considered an official tournament round. We do play in non-optimal weather conditions but put player safety first...rain and wind is playable...lightening strikes within 10 miles, hail, and puddling water on greens would be deemed unsafe or unfair, for which we would suspend or cancel the event if the prescribed minimum nuimber of holes can not be completed.
