By registering for any event, you are agreeing to these Rules and Guidelines.
Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability:
By becoming a member of TheGrint Tour or entering and playing in a TheGrint Tour tournament, the participant understands and agrees that there are certain dangers involved with participation in a golf tournament, including but not limited to being struck by lightning, getting hit by a golf club or golf ball, suffering from heat exhaustion, heart attack, or injury from uneven terrain. For all such risks, the participant assumes full responsibility and waives all claims of injury to body or property against TheGrint Tour. Furthermore, the participant agrees that while on the premises of a TheGrint Tour tournament, the participant and any guest, relative, or affiliate shall be present at their own risk, and Sandy Birdie LLC shall not be liable for any claims for injuries or damages to persons or property arising from participation in the tournament. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TheGrint Tour and Sandy Birdie LLC from all claims by or liability to participant or affiliated person.
In the case of a medical emergency, participants authorize TheGrint Tour or tournament staff to obtain medical treatment deemed necessary and agree to bear any costs incurred.
Tournament Registration
Tour players can register online for Regular, Playoff, and Major events at www.TheGrintTour.com. Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Players are encouraged to register early, as events may sell out before the entry deadline.
Payment Policy
Entry fees must be submitted prior to the entry deadline. Registration is only confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made via credit card through TheGrint Tour website or by other means (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle) with approval from the Tour Director(s). A confirmation email and receipt will be sent upon completion of payment. Tour Memberships are auto-renewing and will be billed on a recurring basis. Members can turn off auto-renewal at any time via the "My Account" section on the website.
Referral Credits
Tour Members may receive referral credits for new members who have never previously played in a Tour event or held a membership. The referral must include the referring member's email during registration. Incorrect or missing information may void the referral. Referrals are reviewed and approved by Tour Directors.
Credit Redemption
Credits are applied automatically when registering for a tournament. Credits cannot be applied to Early Bird pricing—only to regular Member pricing. Non-members are ineligible for credits unless they become members within five (5) days after an event. If they do not, those credits are forfeited.
Referral and tournament credits expire after 120 days or four events, whichever comes first, and may only be used on the Local Tour where earned or at National Events. Refund-issued credits do not expire.
Refunds and Cancellations
TheGrint Tour does not provide cash refunds for canceled registrations. Instead, players will receive a credit for future events. Any request for a cash refund is subject to a processing fee, which varies by event (see specific Event Info for details). Each event may have a different withdrawal deadline. Participants are responsible for checking the specific event page for its individual withdrawal and cancellation policy. If a player withdraws within the permitted timeframe, they will receive a credit minus any applicable fees. Withdrawals made after the stated withdrawal deadline may result in forfeiture of the entry fee. No-shows or failure to notify the Tour Director will result in forfeited fees and possible suspension from future events. All withdrawals must be communicated via email or text, and the timestamp will determine eligibility for any credit.
Late Arrivals
Players arriving to their first tee after their group has completed the first hole will be disqualified from the event and may not be permitted to play.
Shortened or Cancelled Events
If a tournament cannot be completed due to uncontrollable circumstances, the final results will be based on the number of holes completed by the last group in each flight. The tournament committee reserves the right to modify formats or schedules. In case of weather delays, players must remain on-site and await official announcements.
Code of Conduct
Tour participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect for others. Cheating, abusive behavior, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Tour will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent ban.
Handicap Integrity
Players are expected to maintain accurate handicaps. Any manipulation or sandbagging will result in disqualification and possible removal from the Tour. TheGrint Tour reserves the right to review and adjust handicaps at any time.
Media Consent
By entering any event, participants agree to be photographed or filmed. TheGrint Tour reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional, informational, and marketing purposes. Participants who wish to opt out should notify the Tour Director in advance.
Digital Communication Consent
By registering for a Tour event or membership, participants consent to receive emails, texts, and notifications from TheGrint Tour regarding events, promotions, and operational updates. Participants may opt out at any time by using unsubscribe options in communications or contacting the Tour Director.
Prize and Awards Disclaimer
Prizes, awards, and gift cards distributed at Tour events are subject to availability and may be substituted or modified at the discretion of the Tour Director. TheGrint Tour does not guarantee specific prize values. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to prizes received.
Accessibility Statement
TheGrint Tour strives to provide an inclusive experience for all participants. If you require accommodations due to a disability, please notify your Tour Director in advance so we can make reasonable arrangements to support your participation.

By registering for or participating in any Tour event, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy posted on our website for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure
TheGrint Tour shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
